Lumen AS32421 Significant Route Withdrawal

Between March 24–30, 2024, a significant reduction in announced routes was observed for Lumen Technologies’ AS32421, formerly associated with their Black Lotus Labs operations. The route withdrawals were flagged in the CIDR Report and visible in RIPE NCC STAT’s routing history tool.
